The headquarters of BLISSTOOL is located in SLASHTEN, Bulgaria. There is currently nearing completion, built a new building last year, where stages will concentrate most BLISSTOOL production processes. After its completion, it will be presented publicly. The video was filmed in order and especially for BLISSTOOL to show high-tech manufacturing of the electronics of BLISSTOOL LTC64X. Please note that in order to preserve the confidentiality of our production, as a general rule, we do not practice to present publicly our partners. At various times, they are different or vary. Rommtech-3S Ltd is only one from the BLISSTOOL Ltd partners in Bulgaria for modern, reliable and cost effective manufacturing of BLISSTOOL metal detectors. To offer high quality all-terrain detectors with extreme depth of detection, we strive to use the latest and best production machines. The machine for lead-free wave soldering, used for the manufacture of the electronics of the BLISSTOOL LTC64X electronics, and shown in the video, is SEHO MaxiWave 2340C. This is the largest, or one of the largest and most expensive such machines in Bulgaria and the region. Its capacity is huge and it is not possible to preserve it and use it only for the BLISSTOOL needs. That would be a waste. For the whole production of BLISSTOOL metal detectors, used machines worth millions of euros. Exclusively for use by BLISSTOOL Ltd, are only special purpose machines, ie special machines developed by us for various processes, that are part of our know-how, and which will be concentrated mainly in the new building in SLASHTEN, Bulgaria. Everything else is implemented through partner companies of BLISSTOOL Ltd, with machines for universal use on specific processes, whose capabilities we tailor to our needs. For reference, this is the practice of all major manufacturers of detectors in the world, as this is the successful business practice. At the earliest opportunity, given the interest and curiosity, we will shoot and post also additional videos, photos and information associated with the BLISSTOOL research and development, electronics, search coils, mechanical design, final assembly, testing facilities, management and sales, and more.
